Construction of the Chen Clan Temple started in the 14th year of the reign of Emperor Guang Xu of the Qing Dynasty (1888) and was completed in the 20th year of the reign (1894). Located beyond the western gate of the town of Guangzhou in the Qing Dynasty, it was a shared clan temple built with donations from Chen clan members in 72 counties in Guangdong Province. The Chen Clan Academy features an architectural style typical of ancestral halls in Lingnan. It's the largest, most sumptuously decorated and best preserved traditional structure in Guangdong Province, dubbed the gem of Lingnan artistic architecture. The Guangdong Folk Art Museum within the Chen Clan Ancestral Hall is a treasure trove of Lingnan art, offering insights into the craftsmanship and creativity of southern China.

This combination makes it one of a kind in Asia, but also throughout the world. The Chen Clan Ancestral Hall (陈家祠, Chén Jiā Cí) was set up by two Chinese-Americans who wanted students from the Chen family to have an academy in Guangzhou as they were preparing for their Confucian Imperial Examinations. It was built just before the end of the Qing era between 1890 and 1894, with the two founders whose surname was Chen, Chen Ruinan and Chen Zhaonan, rallying support from all over Guangdong. It was originally a space for students training for the Confucian Imperial Examinations, built by two overseas Chinese in America returning to Guangzhou.

Once stepping into the hall, every part of the academy tells you a story about a big family, even about the past of Guangzhou. The Gathering Hall was for meeting and worship of the Chen clans and now it is an ancestral hall.

The Chen Clan Ancestral Hall has a very traditional look to it, and it is huge. It is interesting that the structure was built in such a traditional manner at a time when building going up in commercial cities in the south often had a Western architectural style. However, because the Qing Dynasty was failing at the time of construction, students here probably knew that they wouldn't have much of a future in government.

Since then, he completely refines the drop of True Demon Blood, completes the Dao of Heaven and Dao of Mortals, and changes the destiny of the Prosperous Dao Realmverse and nearly returns to his original level. This is shown by him easily suppressing the invaders of the Vast Expanse and other True Spirit Worlds, such as peak True Dao realm master White Bone Ancestor King and many Void Dao realm experts who were once deeply afraid of White Bone Ancestor King. At that point of the story, he surmises that his current true strength is that he is able to completely disregard and suppress Ancestral Dao realm experts in the seventh and eighth tribulation, and find peak Ancestral Dao experts slightly annoying. Gu Changge, when observed by Immortal Emperors and Dao Realm powerhouses, normally one would have an incarnation of themselves in the past, present, and future. But Gu Changge has no past, present or future, as if all incarnations of him across all times and spaces became one being.
