Grinding levels in games is a hit-or-miss for many people, and Diablo 4 is no exception. While Diablo IV Gold some thrive off seeing that level increase with each passing hour, others dislike the process and would instead fly through quests to watch their power rise. With that said, finding XP farming spots is exciting for many people, with one, in particular, circulating the web as of Patch 1.1.1. If you want to start your level-grinding adventures, continue reading to discover what Dopamine Tunnel is in Diablo 4.
Diablo 4 Domhainne “Dopamine” Tunnels Explained
Diablo 4’s Domhainne Tunnels, commonly known within the community as Dopamine Tunnels, is a dungeon in Scosglen, just west of Corbach. As of Patch 1.1.1, it is known as one of the quickest XP farming methods due to its high monster density. You can access this area shortly after traveling through Fractured Peaks, allowing you to unlock this XP farming spot early in the game.
On completion, it also rewards you with the Aspect of Efficiency, which reduces the mana cost of your next Core or Mastery skill after casting a Basic skill. While this isn’t much compared to its high XP rates, it’s a nice little bonus if you decide to finish the entire dungeon.

In Domhainne Tunnels or “Dopamine Tunnels”, your objective is to free prisoners while eliminating enemies such as Corpsewinders, Thorn Beasts, and Blood Clan Maulers. Its high density of weaker monsters and relatively low number of Elites makes for a quick and easy dungeon run that gets you consistently high XP.
That is if you stick to its beginning portions.
This dungeon initially gained popularity through a video created by YouTuber Raxxanterax. During this, he talks about how, despite other dungeons like Uldur’s Cave giving higher XP per hour, Domhainne Tunnel has such high monster density that the go-to farming method is to reset it after clearing this initial wave of enemies.
Currently, the dungeon is still a viable farming spot, with no signs of it being nerfed anytime soon. However, this can change in future patches, so take advantage of it while you can!
