If you already have those items, proceed past the church and continue to follow the road as it winds down the hill until you reach a bandit camp. If you do not already have those items, turn around and return to the church.

After you have gone past the camp, you will want to turn right and start descending towards the lake as soon as you can after that. If you travel across the lake, you will arrive at the side of the cliff that is home to a Spirit Spring on the other side of the lake. If you jump on the spring, you will be able to get to the Liurnia Highway South. By utilizing a series of platforms that have been embedded in the cliff below Stormveil Castle, it is now possible to travel to the eastern portion of Liurnia in a more expedient manner. On the other hand, there is a significant risk of death if you choose this path and commit an error while you are traveling it. It is recommended that you take the longer route around because it is the safer option, and it is likely that you will want to visit the Church of Irith regardless. The longer route around also takes longer to complete.

When you reach the checkpoint on the Liurnia Highway North, you will have arrived at your destination if you started out at the Site of Grace, which is located on the Liurnia Highway South. Make sure that you avoid going through any of the ruins that you find along the way. At this intersection, you will need to make a right turn in order to get back on the dirt road heading north from where you are. If you keep moving along the road in the same direction, despite the fact that there are a number of obstacles and enemies in your way, you will eventually reach the Carian Study Hall and, after that, the Artist's Shack. After you have crossed the stone bridge that is located behind the shack, you should be able to see the Church of Vows, which is situated to the northwest and is perched on top of a hill in that direction.
